Ingredients

  • Crumb Mixture
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 egg
  • Filling
  • 10 ounce jar Polaner Raspberry seedless fruit spread

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350
Line a 8 or 9 inch square with foil and then spray with pam.
Combine all crumb ingredients. Reserve 2 cups of the crumbs set aside.
Press remaining crumb mixture on bottom of prepared pan. Spread preserves to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Crumble 2 cups of reserve over the top.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly brown.
Cool completely before cutting.
