Ingredients
- 1/2 C slivered almonds
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1 lb. chopped napa cabbage
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 chopped cilantro
- Freshly ground pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Bake almonds in pie plate 5 min. Let cool.
In bowl, mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce & sugar. Add cabbage, scallions & cilantro. Toss. Add almonds & season with pepper.
