Ingredients
- ROLLS:
- 1 large cabbage
- 500 grams lean ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- SAUCE:
- 1/4 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
Step 1

* Put cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes, cut out as much of the core as possible. Separate leaves.
* Mix beef, rice, parsley, egg, milk, salt and pepper.
* Roll the cabbage leaves and meat, use a tooth pick or string to hold them together.
* Heat oil, brown cabbage rolls.
* Place in a baking dish.

* Mix together the onion, soup, water, sugar and bay leaf.
* Pour on top of cabbage rolls.
