Rich Lobster Stock

- Lobster shells...I keep a bag in the freezer for lobster shells.
- 1 clove minced fresh garlic
- Enough water to cover the shells
Place lobster shells in large stocck pot
Cover...just barely with water
Simmer...almost steep uncovered for 40 minutes.
If you require a strong stock...just for flavor to add to pasta sauce...not soup...simmer another 40 minutes and reduce to thick stock
