- 2 tablespoons Shallots, Chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or basil,chopped
- 1 lb sugar snap peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

1. preheat oven to 400*F. chop shallots and herbs.
2. layer peas on baking sheet and top with shallots and herbs,
then drizzle with oil.bake 8-10 minutes or until crisp and tender.
