Whoopie Pies (Strawberry )

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix
• 3 / cup water
• 1/2 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• Filling
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• Marshmallow Cream
• 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
• 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Beat first four ingredients until well blended. Drop 2 tbs. batter, 2" apart onto parchment lined cookie sheet, 32 mounds. Bake 10 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream in large bowl until well blended. Add Cool Whip and beat on low speed just until blended.

Spred about 2 tbsp. of mixture onto bottom side os each of 16 cookies. Top with strawberries and remaining cookies. ENJOY!!
