Ingredients
- 1 can vegetable broth
- 2 T flour
- 1 T olive oil
- 3 gloves garlic (sliced)
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese (shredded)
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 c vegetables ((frozen mixed or broccoli, snap peas, carrots)
- 1 package frozen cheese tortellini

Preparation
Step 1
Put a large pot of water on to boil. Whisk broth and flour in small bowl. Heat oil in skillet stirring until just brown. Ad the broth mixture, bring to a boil and cook until thick. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, herbs and salt.
Add vegetables and tortellini to boiling water. Return to simmer and cook until tender. (3-5 minutes) Drain and add to the pan with sauce and stir to coat.
