Parmesan Crusted Cod

  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1/2 cup parmesn cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degres. Place fish in a large baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl combine parmesan, bread crumbs and olive oil. Spread the mixture over the fish in a thin layer. Bake for 20 minutes until flakey and opaque.
