Ingredients

  • 6-10 med Zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 stick Butter or Margarine
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 3/4 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup grated Swiss Cheese
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil whole Zucchini for 10 mins.
Cut ends off, slice length-
wise & arrange in buttered casserole. Melt Butter and mix in
Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese and Sour cream.
Add Salt, Paprika and Onions.
Pour over Zucchini & sprinkle Crumbs &
Parmesan cheese on top.
Dot with Butter.

Bake at 350 deg. for 45 mins. Serves 6-8

This cheese sauce is good over any vegetables.
