Ingredients

  • 2 # Carrots - Cooked Crisp
  • 3/4 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup or little less Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Can Tomato Soup
  • 3/4 cup Oil
  • 1 Onion sliced thin
  • 1 Green Pepper can in strips

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and pour over cooked Carrots.
Let marinate in frig. for a day or so. Or can be eaten right away warm.
Keeps for weeks in refrigerator
