Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Flour
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs Slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Pumpkin, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Cornstarch & Flour in mixing bowl, add Eggs Mix well.
Add Milk, Water & Vanilla Mix well.
Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven 425 degrees for 15 mins.
Reduce heat to 350 degrees & bake approx. 35 minutes or until set.
