  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli cuts,thawed
  • 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Step 1

Chop broccoli once thawed. Mix all ingredients together and place into a Pam'ed 9" x 11" (or into an 8 x 8 pan if you like it thicker) pan. Bake at 35-40 minutes or until browned.
