Step 1

In a bowl combine 3 c fresh strawberries with 2/3 c sugar, toss and use a pastry blender and coarsly mash. Place 1/3 c of the mashed strawberries in each of 6 glasses. Add ice to each glass. Add 2 tbsp coconut milk and 1/2 to 2/3 c club soda. Stir just before serving.
