Root Beer Carrots

Ingredients
- 12 oz bottle root beer
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme

Step 1
In lg skillet, bring 1/2 cup water, root beer, sugar, cinn, cloves, cumin and salt to boil. Add carrots, return to boil, cover and cook 5 min. Uncover and boil until tender, stirring occasionally about 15 min. Remove pan from heat, stir in thyme, using slotted spoon, place carrots in bowl....
