  • 1 c. Swiss chard ribs
  • 1/3 c. golden raisins
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 12 c. Swiss chard leaves (2 bunches)
  • 1 T white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
