Mushroom Beef Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb sliced mushrooms
- 5 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 6 beef tenderloin steaks (1 1/2in thick)

Step 1
In a large skillet saute mushrooms in 3 tbsp butter for 6-8 minutes or until tender. Blend in the flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add the cream. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened; keep warm.
In another skillet, heat the remaining butter over medium heat. Cook steaks for 6-7 minutes each side or until meat reaches esired doneness.
Pur mushroom sauce over.
