Easy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, coarse ground
- 2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. toss potatoes with oil in a large bowl, sprinkle seasoning mixture over potatoes and toss to coat.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
