  • 1/4 cup drained oil packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 tsp basalmic vinegar
  • 4 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Place tomatoes, vinegars and garlic in food processor, puree until smooth, gradually add oil until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
