Ingredients
- 1 40 oz can sweet potatoes (2lbs 8oz)-drained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Marshmallows (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Drain and mash sweet potatoes. Combine all ingredients with electric mixer.
Pour in baking dish.
Bake 35-45 minutes at 300 degrees or until almost firm.
Can add marshmallows for last few minutes of baking.
