Spinach Artichoke Bread Appetizer

  • 1 pkg frozen spinach...thawed, drained well and finely chopped
  • 1 can water packed artichoke, drained well and finely chopped
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c grated Monterrey jack cheese
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 2 small loaves of French bread, sliced lengthwise



Step 1

Combine well, spread on French bread and bake approximately 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until edges of bread are slightly toasted and cheese is bubbly. Slice and serve immediately
