Ingredients
- 1 can (40 oz) sweet potatoes in syrup, drained
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup fat-free egg product
- 1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp no-trans-fat 68% vegetable oil spread, melted
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
1) Heat oven to 350.
2) Spray 1.5-qt casserole with cookin spray.
3) In large bowl, mash sweet potatoes. Stir in granulated sugar, salt, egg product, milk, & vanilla; spoon into casserole.
4) In small bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, & vegetable oil spread until well blended.
5) Stir in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potatoe mixture.
6) Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
