Apple/ Peach/ Plum Crisp

  • 4 c peeled, cored, sliced apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c water
  • 3/4 c flour, sifted
  • 1 c sugar
  • 6 T butter
  • whipping cream, whipped, or vanilla ice cream



Step 1

Arrange apples in buttered. Sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and water. Combine flour, sugar, and butterwith pastry cutter. Mix until consistency of coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake at 350 for 40 mins.
