Schupp Family Cranberry Sauce

A surprisingly simple recipe that yields amazing results. Can be made using a Victoria Strainer or food grinder, or even a blender. Best results though in a food processor.

Ingredients
- 1 large apple washed
- 1 large orange washed
- 1 1 pound bag cranberries washed and drained
- 1 cup granulated sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Cut apple into quarters and place in food processor. Pulse until just chopped. Quarter orange leaving peel on and add to processor bowl, pulsing again until just chopped. Add drained cranberries pulsing two or three times but not completely chopped. Add sugar and pulse until mixture is of even consistency. Best served chilled and flavor profile will be optimal after refrigerating for 24 hours. May be served immediately if needed.
