Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked angel hair pasta
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1
- Tbs. sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbs. sesame oil
- 1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 Tbs. teriyaki or soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. snap peas
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/8 c. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
combine shrimp, ginger, cayenne, garlic, sesame seeds, and pepper in a large plastic bag. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet. Add red pepper and onions; saute 3-4 min. to soften slightly. Add teriyaki sauce. Add peas, carrots, and shrimp with seasoning; saute 4 min or until shrimp are opaque.
Stir cornstarch into chicken broth and add to skillet; cook stirring until mixture boils. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon over pasta.
