    (13.5)oz can light coconut milk

  • 1

    cup water

  • 1

    15oz can pumpkin

  • 2

    tbsp fish sauce

  • ¼

    cup chopped cilantro

  • Lime wedges

Directions

Place curry paste in a medium saucepan. Add coconut milk, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Stir in 1 cup water and pumpkin; cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until heated. Remove from heat;stir in fish sauce. Ladle soup into bowls. Top with cilantro and lime
