Parmesan Roasted Green Beans

  • 1 lbs fresh green beans, ends chopped off
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 4 tbsp parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic
  • Red pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg.

Mix together beans, olive oil, 2 of 4 tbsp of parmesan cheese, garlic and red pepper flakes together.

Grease a baking sheet.

Spread the bean mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet. Add the rest of the parmesan cheese over the beans and bake for 20-25 minutes depending on how crispy or soft you prefer the beans.
