Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Drain artichoke saving 1/2 cup liquid.
Add everything to food processor and pulse till combined.
Add liquid 1 tbsp at a time to help with mixing.
Careful not to add to much liquid.
