Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. cooked shrimp (3 lbs. raw)
- 1 cup chopped celery and pepper together
- 1 large can chopped mushrooms with juice
- 1 T worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup uncooked rice - cook
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 lb. NY grated cheese, divided 2/3 and 1/3
- salt, pepper, mace, tabasco

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Saute onion, celery and pepper in butter until clear but not brown. Combine all other ingredients, including 2/3 of cheese. Season. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Can prepare all ingredients day before and combine just before baking.
Can use raw scallops too.
