Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp half & half cream
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. finely crushed lemon drops
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar until light & fluffy. Beat in egg, cream and peel.
Combine flour, lemon drops, baking powder & salt.
Gradually add to cream mixture.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly brown.
