Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 large can pineapple chunks in juice, reserve liquid
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cylinder Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 6 tablespoons pineapple juice, from chucks

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar and flour. Add can of drained pineapple. Toss the pineapple and flour mixture. Add cheese. Place in greased 8" casserole dish.
Combine melted butter, 6 tablespoons pineapple juice and crushed crackers. Use this mixture to top the other ingredients in the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
