large can pineapple chunks in juice, reserve liquid
cups cheddar cheese, shredded
cylinder Ritz Crackers, crushed
stick butter, melted
tablespoons pineapple juice, from chucks
Mix sugar and flour. Add can of drained pineapple. Toss the pineapple and flour mixture. Add cheese. Place in greased 8" casserole dish. Combine melted butter, 6 tablespoons pineapple juice and crushed crackers. Use this mixture to top the other ingredients in the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
