Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp diced green onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 6 oz cod

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the sherry and lemon pepper over medium-high heat.Reduce.Add the shiitake mushrooms and saute.
Finish by adding the tomatoes and green
onions and a sprinkle of sesams seeds.
Pan-sear the cod and top with the sauce.
Side:
2 cups artichoke,peas,and asparagus saute
