Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese and bacon in a large bowl.
Beat at medium high speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish; top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until cheese melts.
