Ingredients
- 3 ears of grilled fresh corn salsa, cut off the cob (or 2 cups frozen)
- 1/4 C chopped cilantro
- 2 t finely chopped jalapeno (seeds remove if prefer milder salsa
- 1-2 t sliced green onion tops
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 2 t lime juice
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced

Step 1
Combine corn, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, red onion, and green onion tops. Stir in lime juice, stirring well to mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together
