Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (with skin)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Step 1
1. Arrange fish, skin side down, in single layer in shallow glass dish. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard and garlic; stir in basil. Spread over fish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
2. Place fish, skin side down, on greased grill over low heat; close lid and cook for about 15 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork. Makes 4 servings.
