Ingredients

    pounds small red potatoes

  • 1/8

    cup olive oil

  • 3/4

    tsp kosher salt

  • 1/2

    tsp black pepper

  • 1

    Tbsp minced garlic (3 cloves)

  • 2

    Tbsp minced fresh rosemary

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Cut potatoes in half or quarters and place in bowl. Toss with all ingredients and put on baking sheet, spread into 1 layer and roast for 1 hour. Flip twice during cooking: 20 min and at 40 minutes. Remove, season and serve
