Ingredients

  • 2 cans cannelloni (or garbanzo) beans. Drained (or rinsed if not in water)
  • 1 box. Frozen artichokes (thawed)
  • 1 box frozen spinach. (Thawed or cooked if not). Drain we'll, squeeze out all liquid
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Using hand purée tool, combine artichokes, beans, and seasonings until creamy. Add spinach ...mix together.

Warm in microwave.


To make soufflé, add one beaten egg white before cooking.
