Step 1
Clean corn and cut off the cob. Measure 4 qt corn and 1 qt of water. Bring to boil. Then let boil for 5 minutes. Dump in basin and let cool under ice and water(don't drain water) for 30 to 45 minutes.
Then freeze in containers.
