- 1 ENVELOPE LIPTON ONION RECIPE SOUP MIX
- 2 LBS POTATOES, CUT INTO LARGE CHUNKS
- 1/3 CUP OLIVE OIL OR VEGETABLE OIL

Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 450. IN LARGE PLASTIC BAG, ADD ALL INGREDIENTS. CLOSE BAG AND SHAKE TO COAT. EMPTY POTATOES INTO A SHALLOW BAKING DISH OR ROASTING PAN. BAKE STIRRING OCCASIONALLY FOR 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL POTATOES ARE TENDER AND GOLDEN BROWN. GARNISH IF DESIRED WITH CHOPPED PARSLEY.
