Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or (prefer-ed Choice, kefir, etc)
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup ice (if using fresh pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Put everything together and ice (if using fresh pineapple) in blender or whatever you have MB,VM or Ninja and combine 30-60 seconds or until desired consistency. Pour into glass and enjoy. Serve immediately.

Tip's:
For a different twist, try adding in a pinch of ground cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, ground flax seeds or sesame seeds for some added goodness.
