Ingredients
- 3 cups Clamato juice
- 1/2 cup ketsup
- 1/2 cup horseradish
- 2 Tbp. Garlic
- 4 lbs. Shrimp, cooked, tail off
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 3 small avocados, diced
- 2 Tbsp.Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup hot picante salsa
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 cup lime juice

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 1 hour. Can serve as chilled shrimp soup, or serve with tortilla chips.
