Ingredients

  • 3 cups Clamato juice
  • 1/2 cup ketsup
  • 1/2 cup horseradish
  • 2 Tbp. Garlic
  • 4 lbs. Shrimp, cooked, tail off
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 cup red onion, diced
  • 3 small avocados, diced
  • 2 Tbsp.Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot picante salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup lime juice

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 1 hour. Can serve as chilled shrimp soup, or serve with tortilla chips.
