    Tbs lemon juice

    Tbs Szechuan peppercorns

    tps ginger crushed

  • 1

    c fish stock

  • 1/2

    c cream

Directions

Sauté shallots in butter Add sake, lemon juice, Szechuan peppercorns, ginger and fish stock Reduce by half Add cream Reduce to the appropriate thickness Strain
