Strawberry Surprise Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg white cake mix
• 1 (10 oz) frozen strawberries
• 1 pkg strawberry jello
• 1 c. whipping cream
• 1 c. boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix according to package directions and bake in flat baking dish.

Thaw strawberries, drain and save liquid for jello.

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add liquid from strawberries adding enough water to make 1 cup.

When cake is slightly cool, poke holes all over top with ice pick. Pour liquid jello over cake and place in refrigerator till jello sets.

Whip cream and add strawberries.

Frost top of cake with this.
