Ingredients
- 4 small ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
Add the melted coconut oil.
Stir in the honey, vanilla, coconut milk and eggs. Mix well.
Add the flour and baking soda. The mixture will be thin, like pancake batter.
Line your slow cooker with parchment paper.
Pour the banana mixture into the slow cooker and cook on low for two hours.
