Pork Chop Oven Bake Recipe
This recipe was adapted from a recipe that was given to me by a dear friend many years ago. It is simplistic comfort food that is easy to prepare and makes your Pork very moist, you won’t even need a knife.
Ingredients
- ◾4-6 Boneless Ribeye Pork Chops
- ◾4-6 Slices of Vidalia Onion or Yellow Onion
- ◾2 Cans Cream Corn
- ◾1 Tablespoon Canola Oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Pepper the Pork Chops. Add the oil to a skillet on your stove top on high heat, quickly sear the Pork Chops.
3. Place the Pork Chops in a 9 x 13 pan for 6 Pork Chops or 8 x 8 pan for 4 Pork Chops.
4. Place a slice of the Onion on top of each Pork Chop.
5. Pour both cans of Cream Corn over the top of the Pork Chops, then give a few turns of the Pepper mill over all, as you see here. Kind of looks like we are baking a cake!
6. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove the foil and continue to bake for an additional 1/2 an hour.
