Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Ingredients
- 3 Tsp soy sauce
- 2 Tsp rice wine
- 1 Tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1 Tsp vegetable oil
- 1 TSP minced fresh ginger root
- 1 Tsp minced garlic
- 1 lb top round steak, cut into thin strips about 4 inches long
- 8 oz snow peas

Step 1
1. In small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar, & corn starch. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Stir fry ginger & garlic for 30 seconds. Add the steak & stir fry 2 minutes or until evenly browned.
3. Add snow peas & stir fry 3 minutes.
4. Add soy mixture. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
5. Reduce heat & simmer until sauce thickens.
6. Serve immediately over rice.
