Ingredients
- 1 tsp dried rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 loin center cut pork chops 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
- cooking spray
- 1 tsp butter
- 4 cups sliced peeled granny smith apples ( 4 medium)
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- dash of salt

Preparation
Step 1
combine 1st three ingredients and sprinkle over pork chops
heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium heat
add pork
cook 3 minutes on each side ( until done)
remove pork from pan, cover and keep warm
melt butter in same pan over medium heat
add apples and remaining ingredients
cook 5 minutes, or until tender, stirring frequently
place pork back into pan
serve apples with the pork
