  • 1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can kernel corn 8oz sour cream
  • 2 eggs - beaten 1 /2 stick butter-melted Salt to taste

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 375

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish

Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes until knife comes out fairly clean
