Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin


Pork can be shredded with fork to make a "pulled pork"

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp liquid honey
  • 1/2 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • healthy dash of garlic powder



Step 1

Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker
Combine remaining ingredients
Pour over pork, turning on all sides to coat
Cover and cook on low 7-8 hrs
