  • 2 (6-8 oz) tilapia filets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tablespoon fresh parsley or rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • cooking spray

  • 2 . Melt butter in a saucepan on low heat. Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir. Set sauce aside.
  • 3 . Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 4 . Season tilapia with salt and pepper on both sides and place in baking dish.
  • 5 . Pour butter sauce over fish and sprinkle with parsley or rosemary. Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked (fish should flake off when scraped with a fork).eat oven to 400F.
